Scrap World's "Scrap and the City" Competition

Check out the new competition we are holding!

To enter and participate in Scrap World’s "Scrap and the City” contest, you MUST be a member of the site and you need to sign up in the sign up thread by 6pm Sunday October 8th.

The competition will have 8 rounds starting October 8 and finishing December 3^rd, you have 7 days to complete the challenges, the first Challenge will be posted at 8pm October 8th

Each Sunday a New Challenge will be posted, you must have your completed layout uploaded by 8pm each Sunday night. Failure to upload the challenge layout by the posted deadlines will result in disqualification.

The Design Team will choose the Contestants that will continue to the next round and their decision is final, the number of contestant’s evicted from the competition each week will depend on the entries received.

All work submitted for Scrap and the City must be new and original and created for this competition. The layouts may not be shown on any other Scrapbooking site or online Blog.

Scrap World reserves the right to use the layouts for promotional purposes during the competition .

All images must be clear and a list of products used accompany the image.

Our weekly challenges incorporate certain Brands/Products that you must use, these brands/products will be at a special discount rate of 5% off the RRP which you can find in our specials section. Please note you do NOT have to have purchased or purchase the products from us, this is just an incentive!

The winner of Scrap World’s “Scrap and the City” Contestant will win a Product Pack to the Value of $100, this pack will include Basic Grey, Heidi Swapp, Melissa Frances, Plain Janes Chipboard, Scenic Route, a copy of the New Autumn Leaves Designing with Colour Book and more! You will also receive a Guest DT spot for a month and their layouts featured on the Scrap World home page!

Runner up will receive a product pack to the value of $25

The challenges will be posted on the following dates -

Challenge 1 - Sunday October 8th
Challenge 2 - Sunday October 15th
Challenge 3 - Sunday October 22nd
Challenge 4 – Sunday October 29th
Challenge 5 - Sunday November 5th
Challenge 6 - Sunday November 12th
Challenge 7 – Sunday November 17th
Challenge 8 - Sunday November 26^th

With the final challenge to be uploaded by 8pm Sunday 3^rd December and the Winner announced Monday 4^th December
